Le Diplomate
Le Diplomate is an extravagant, divine experience for brunch (my preference) or dinner (Chez Billy Sud might be better french for dinner). Get the truffle lobster omelette, croque-madame, or the poached eggs basquaise with polenta for brunch and the classic steak frites for dinner. The restaurant is just a lovely perfectly French vibe and is especially charming during the Holiday season.
