This is a place I wanted to try for ages and can now absolutely confirm that it is worth the hype. The fluffy ricotta clouds melt in your mouth and the pasta is also outstanding - definitely order the sheep's milk ricotta filled occhi with bottarga and lemon. Spend the afternoon exploring Williamsburg and show up right when they open if you can’t make a reservation on Resy. This place (and their sister restaurant, Lilia) is an absolute must.
