Sushi Taro
Probably my favorite sushi in DC. It is definitely more high-end (if you want casual go to Kintaro in Georgetown), but also has some amazing non-sushi dishes. Some great meat dishes as well as yummy udon noodles. Plus! Matcha ice cream with mochi for dessert :)
